Assembly Instructions
Follow the three basic assembly stages below to correctly assemble your 6 Bottle Water Trolley.

Wheel Assembly
Begin by fitting the supplied wheels to the LH side frame, center frame, and RH side frame. Make sure each wheel is properly fitted and securely fastened.

Sub Assembly
Assemble the bottle stays with the left-hand and right-hand side frames using the supplied bolts. Check that each bottle support is correctly positioned.

Final Assembly
Connect the assembled side sections with the center frame. Tighten all bolts securely and check that the complete trolley is stable before loading water bottles.

Please follow these guidelines to ensure safe and reliable use of your water bottle trolley.
- Do not exceed the recommended maximum load of 120 kg / 265 lbs.
- Use the trolley only for its intended purpose.
- Ensure all bolts and connections are securely tightened before use.
- Distribute the water bottles evenly across the rack.
- Use the trolley on a stable and suitable surface.
- Do not use the trolley if any frame, wheel, or connection is damaged.
- Keep hands and fingers clear of moving parts when transporting the trolley.
Assembly Tip: Use the Allen key provided with the trolley to securely tighten all bolts. Double-check every connection before placing bottles on the trolley.
